About Token And How To Mint Your Own NFT

Target Group

This course is designed for beginners and intermediates who have limited technical background but are interested in comprehending the mechanics of tokens, particularly Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), and swiftly initiating their usage.

Learning objectives

In this course, you will learn the basics about tokens, the different token standards on Ethereum, and especially how to set up an ERC1155 multi-token contract yourself. By the end of the course, you will have learned and experienced how to use fungible and non-fungible tokens (NFT).

The course also offers the opportunity to collect BCAM Learntoken. These can be exchanged for an NFT, which is represented as a badge. Technical requirements are the browser extension MetaMask with an account and a small amount of Goerli Ether on it (0.0005 – 0.01 GoerliETH).

On the profile page, you can check how many Learntoken you have already collected. The goal is to collect at least 30 Learntoken in this course and exchange them for a personalized badge on the Create NFT page. (Note: If a quiz doesn’t go so well, you can try again and earn more Learntoken).
