Here, we give a short DeFi-nition 😉 of what decentralized finance is.

In Decentralized finance (DeFi), financial service providers use blockchain to offer financial instruments. Instead of relying on centralized intermediaries, DeFi proposes a decentralized approach utilizing smart contracts running on a blockchain.

This includes different services like borrowing & lending, trading, prediction markets, etc.
